Sheila Custer

I have worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist in Portland Oregon since 1995 in varied settings. A number of wonderful massage therapists, chiropractors and naturopathic doctors have helped shape my view of the healing arts. Since 1997, I have volunteered at marathon training sessions to help participants stay healthy and reach their goals. Through my experiences of working side-by-side with health practitioners and endurance athletes, I have gained a great understanding of the body, and readily share this knowledge with patients.

I balance my love of the healing arts with another creative endeavor as the owner of Bella Rosa Floral Design. I have enjoyed splitting my time between these two professions for nine years. Choosing and designing beautiful floral arrangements in all seasons, mixed with the magic of helping people heal continues to be a highlight of my working life.

My favorite activities are spending time with my family, especially my husband and our son. Yoga and walking are ways I keep my spirit and energy in balance.

My BA in Fine Arts from Pacific Northwest College of Art continues to inspire my love for my professional endeavors.
